Lateness and Fees:

All clients are asked to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the session. A $25 late fee will be assessed if you are between 10-20 minutes late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and is non refundable and non transferable. Once booked, booking fees are non refundable, and are subject to a $35 rescheduling fee if you reschedule your reserved spot within 60 days of your scheduled session. A $50 rescheduling fee is assessed if session is rescheduled after 15 minutes up to 29 minutes of session start.

Fee not applicable if session is cancelled due to weather or photographer canceling.

Weather Policy:

Photographer can not be held responsible for weather. If weather is not acceptable to client, but not a cause to reschedule, all standard rescheduling fees apply otherwise session fee is forfeited as a cancellation. Sessions can be rescheduled by phone, text message or email prior to session date. Rescheduling must be done by phone, or text message on day of session.

Photographer Cancelling:

However, if Wyman J Productions must cancel your scheduled shoot, your security deposit will be fully refunded. Refunds will be received within 14 business days.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Contract prices will not be changed upon signing of contractual agreement(s). No products will be delivered until the entire amount is paid in full. Acceptable payment methods include: Zelle, Paypal, debit card or credit card with payments made payable to Wyman J Productions.

Location and Travel:

If Client specifies a certain location to be used during the portrait session, the Client is responsible for all location fees involved such as location access fees, parking, and other expenditures directly required for fulfillment of this Agreement.

Copyright Policy:

By booking with Wyman J Productions, the CLIENT hereby grants permission to reproduce any portion of the photo images and video files for self use and or self promotion, which includes: websites and social media, without any more compensation or recognition given to me. Furthermore, I do not grant permission to resale or use the photographs in a manner that would exploit or cause malicious representation toward me or my company and associates.

Appointment Extensions:

Clients are welcome to extend if there’s availability, but please note that an extension is not guaranteed. Clients will be required to pay the price for appointment extensions upon agreement with Wyman J Productions.

Clients is also responsible for all location fees involved with appointment extensions such as location access fees, parking, and other expenditures directly required for fulfillment.
